An engineer and educator shaped by two continents.
Nelson Inno is a Salvadoran entrepreneur, the co-founder and CEO of WeSpark, the co-founder and CTO of everybodyknowsyou, and the author of Unstable Innovation. He helps enterprises, governments, and universities adopt AI and emerging technology, with education and training as his deepest expertise, and co-designed Bitcoin Diploma 2.0 with El Salvador's National Bitcoin Office, a curriculum the country's Ministry of Education plans to bring to up to 500,000 students over the coming years.
His work has been featured in Forbes Centroamérica, ARD, ZDF, Cointelegraph, and El Salvador's press. His TEDx talk, Are Schools Prepared for the Future?, explores the same question that has guided his career: how learning has to change if the people who learn through it are going to thrive in the world they will actually live in.
He works in Spanish, English and German, across Central America, the USA, Germany and Colombia.
Be the ordinary, build the extraordinary.

WeSpark is an innovation agency that Nelson leads with his co-founder Adam Nili. Its field is digital transformation, today centered on AI, and above all on AI training that prepares people and organizations for the AI era. The best learning has always come from skilled facilitators who know the people in the room, but that model became too expensive to scale, so organizations fell back on webinars and e-learning that measure clicks, not comprehension. WeSpark's training is highly visual, highly interactive, and built on real, valuable tasks from people's own work. That is the work Nelson cares about most.
For the right clients, WeSpark also builds the AI itself: automations, internal tools, and a company second brain that gives leaders a live pulse of what is happening across the organization, updated about every 30 minutes.

Nelson is also co-founder and CTO of everybodyknowsyou (EKY), an AI discoverability agency he started in 2026 with Marcela Lemus Walsh, its CEO. EKY builds custom websites in English and Spanish in three days, designed from scratch and made so Google and AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini find people and businesses and describe them correctly. It also helps companies become the answer when their customers ask AI, through AI discoverability consulting.

Philosophy – 09
How he operates.
Nelson's professional life is organized around three directional preferences and three operating principles.
The preferences sound simple and are not: slow rather than fast, but with the intention, direction, and focus that move you further than anyone else. Quality rather than quantity, because the right quality brings abundance in the things that matter. Calmness rather than noise; and yet, when the moment calls for it, knowing how to make people genuinely excited.
